Dog running is exactly what it sounds like — running with a dog! The concept is as simple as it is effective. Dogs are born to run, move, stretch, & explore. While most dogs today enjoy a relaxed life with A/C & ample toys, many modern pups miss out on vital time outdoors, doing what their bodies & brains were built to do.

While most dogs today enjoy a relaxed life with A/C & ample toys, many modern pups miss out on vital time outdoors, doing what their bodies & brains were built to do.
When dogs don’t get an adequate amount of physical exercise and mental stimulation they suffer in multiple ways. Dog running can help improve the health of your dog in three key areas of canine wellness: nutrition, cognition, & socialization.
This session will give your dog 30 full minutes of moving time, and lasts 35-40 minutes. Depending on conditions, and your pups personal pace, we’ll usually cover 2-4 miles.

A good rule of thumb if you have a new puppy is that they can hold their little bladders for 1 hour per month of age.

A good rule of thumb if you have a new puppy is that they can hold their little bladders for 1 hour per month of age.
Your puppy also needs to go outside if he/she has been playing, eating, drinking, or just woke up. We can customize a plan to meet your needs based on the age of your puppy and how long he/she can go without a potty break. In regards to actual playtime, some breeds tire faster than others, which will determine how much exercise your puppy needs.

A “drop in” pet sitting visit to your home means plenty of attention with feeding, playtime, clean up &
water change.
We feed, medicate, check your pet’s overall health and give you an update of our visit at least once per day. For our vacationing clients, we’ll bring in the mail & newspaper, water plants & alternate lights.
